Aaron Huennerkopf

Aaron Huennerkopf has a diverse work experience in various companies. Aaron started their career in 2010 as an Operations Manager at Import Glass Corporation, where they successfully established a profitable competitor in the auto glass wholesaler market. Aaron then joined Aerotek as a Recruiter and later as an Account Manager, where they developed recruiting strategies and built relationships with clients in multiple industries. In 2013, Aaron joined Nestle S.A. as a Recruiter and Talent Advisor, where they delivered world-class talent acquisition partnership and led improvement projects to optimize recruiting processes. Aaron then worked at NuVasive as a Sr. Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and later as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where they established the strategic vision for the global Talent Acquisition function and delivered 800+ hires annually across different regions. Currently, Aaron is working at Ingredion Incorporated as the Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition, where they utilize their skills and creativity to deliver ingredient solutions and enhance people's lives.
