Brittany Vanbuskirk

Brittany VanBuskirk serves as the Sustainability & Human Rights Manager at Ingredion Incorporated since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading the global human rights program, conducting SMETA audits, and ensuring compliance with international legislation alongside various internal departments. Previous roles at Ingredion include Senior Associate for Plant Based Proteins Applications and Project Leader, where Brittany spearheaded innovations and managed customer technical support. Earlier experience encompasses positions at noosa yoghurt, Keurig Green Mountain, and Danone North America, focusing on product development, ideation, and regulatory compliance across multiple food categories. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Penn State University, a Master of Business and Science in Global Agriculture from Rutgers University, a Certificate in Sustainable Food Systems from Harvard University, and has ongoing studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
