Carlos Sanchez is an accomplished HR and IT professional with extensive experience in global business services and shared services optimization. Currently serving as the Global HR Shared Services Centers Director at Ingredion Incorporated since September 2023, Carlos previously held significant leadership roles at PPG Industries as GBS Director, ABB as Director of Global Business Services at the San Luis Potosi hub, and Bombardier Aerospace as Leader of HR Employee Service Center, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits.
