Carolyne Razzo

Carolyne Razzo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and logistics. Currently serving as a Senior International Customer Support Specialist at Ingredion Incorporated since April 2017, Carolyne has worked through various roles in customer support within the company. Prior to this, Carolyne held the position of Logistics Specialist at International Freight Services Inc. from June 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing communications between clients in Portuguese and English, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and training new employees. Earlier roles include a College Post Office Worker at Wheaton College and a Translator for Intel Corporation, along with experience as an ESL teacher. Carolyne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from Wheaton College.
