David Hayes

David Hayes has extensive experience in manufacturing planning and management, currently serving as a Manufacturing Planner at Ingredion Incorporated since December 2010, with prior roles including Unit Manager and Packaging Department Manager. Hayes also worked at National Starch and Chemical Company as Wet Milling Assistant Department Manager and Treating/Drying and Packaging Production Supervisor, overseeing production operations related to starch additives. Earlier, Hayes served as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense, and managing significant inventory and training for helicopter squadrons. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, attained between 2006 and 2009.
