Fernando Pinho has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and business consulting. Fernando started their career at Accenture in 1999, where they served clients in the Utilities and Energy industries, focusing on business process design, organizational change management, and SAP ERP implementations. Fernando worked as an Information Technology Business Consultant during this time and led and coordinated work teams to ensure projects were completed on schedule and within budget.

In 2004, Pinho joined Nestlé as an Information Technology Project Manager. Fernando managed SAP project implementation activities for Nestlé Americas, providing oversight and reviews of at-risk programs and projects to ensure timely delivery. Fernando also maintained close contact with project team leaders to ensure the correct usage of project management methodology. Fernando later became an Information Technology Project Management Officer and then an IT Manager at Nestlé.

Since 2017, Pinho has been working at Ingredion Incorporated. Fernando initially served as the Enterprise PMO Senior Manager for South America, overseeing project management activities. Fernando then progressed to become the Head of Information Technology and IT Director for South America. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Business Applications and AMS at Ingredion Incorporated.
