Karlyann Laboy Rivera

Karlyann Laboy Rivera is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, with extensive experience in various engineering roles at Ingredion Incorporated. Currently serving as a GTO Continuous Improvement Engineer since February 2024, Karlyann previously held positions as a Process Technology Intern and Reliability Engineer Co-Op, where responsibilities included developing DOEs for improved outcomes and creating tools for channel outage visibility. Additional experience encompasses assisting in food chemistry research, office management, and serving as a camp counselor, showcasing strong communication and organizational skills.
