Katia Hamada

Katia Hamada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and mergers & acquisitions across various regions, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategy and M&A for EMEA and APAC at Ingredion Incorporated since August 2021. Prior to this role, Katia held multiple positions at DuPont from October 2003 to August 2021, including Global Product Manager and Growth Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical teams, connecting regional demands with U.S. experts, and driving development plans for Latin America. Katia holds an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and additional education in M&A and Corporate Strategy from INSEAD.
