Michelle Gillespie

Michelle Gillespie is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, complemented by a minor in Environmental Engineering. Currently serving as a Process Lead at Ingredion Incorporated since June 2022, Michelle has also held positions as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Process Engineer (GTO Associate) within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an Academic Facilitator for Women in Engineering Facilitated Study Groups, where Michelle developed materials and guided students, and as a Quality Assurance Intern at Regeneron, focusing on data analysis and process documentation. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Learning Assistant in the Penn State Department of Chemistry, enhancing student understanding of course materials.
