Michelle Szymczak serves as the Sr. Director of Global Operations and Chief of Staff at Ingredion Incorporated, where responsibility includes leading a major business process transformation for the Order to Cash process in EMEA, achieving significant efficiency improvements. Prior to this, Michelle held roles in continuous improvement across multiple companies, including bp, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC, and North American Corporation, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and project execution through Six Sigma methodologies. A certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, Michelle has successfully led teams to implement performance metrics and continuous improvement strategies, generating substantial cost savings and operational enhancements. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Distribution Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
