Fabio Claus Soares

Fabio Claus Soares is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Ingresse since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineering Manager at will bank, overseeing the transformation of SRE and DevOps teams to enhance development autonomy and efficiency, and as a Senior Engineering Manager at Alice, where leadership was provided to B2C and B2B engineering squads. At isaac, Fabio was the first Engineering Manager, responsible for founding and structuring the initial engineering teams.
