Krzysztof Kosowski

Krzysztof Kosowski has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Krzysztof started their career as a Production Engineer at Heesung Electronics LTD. in November 2010 and worked there until July 2011. In August 2011, they joined IBM as a Quality Analyst and later took on the role of Team Leader from January 2013 to February 2015. Krzysztof then served as a Department Manager at IBM from February 2015 to January 2019. In February 2019, they joined Kodilla as a Customer Support Team Manager for a few months. Finally, in November 2019, they transitioned to Ingrid where they served as an Engineering Manager until October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Country Manager at Ingrid starting from October 2021.

Krzysztof Kosowski completed their education at several institutions. From 2005 to 2010, they attended the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology where they obtained a degree in Management and Industrial Engineering, specifically in Production Organization from the Mechanical Faculty. During their studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2008 and 2009, focusing on Industrial Engineering.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Krzysztof Kosowski has also obtained several certifications in the field of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). These include ITIL Intermediate certifications in Continual Service Improvement (obtained in December 2015), Release Control Validation (December 2014), Service Operation (October 2014), Service Transition (July 2014), and Service Design (March 2014). Prior to these intermediate certifications, they also completed the ITIL v3 Foundation certification in May 2013. These certifications were obtained from various institutions like BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, PEOPLECERT, APMG-International, and EXIN.
