Ned Morgan

Ned Morgan's work experience includes serving as the Senior Corporate Counsel at DeRoyal starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Legal at Inhabit® beginning in April 2022. From August 2015 to March 2022, they worked as the Associate General Counsel at Community Brands. Additionally, Ned Morgan has held positions such as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Operations at Ministry Brands from August 2015 onwards. Ned served as the Director of Operations at Vendor Registry from September 2013 to August 2015. Before that, they worked as an Attorney at Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC from April 2013 to September 2013. Ned served as the General Counsel at Voices Heard Media from January 2009 to March 2013. Ned Morgan also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law from August 2011 to December 2011. Ned Morgan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Wake Forest University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Ned then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of Tennessee College of Law from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their JD, they also completed an MBA specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Finance at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Ned further expanded their education by completing another MBA in Finance, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPPUS) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in May 2023.
