Klaus Gottwald, a systems analyst and economics alumnus from Stockholm University, is co-founder and CEO of Stockholms Affärsänglar (STOAF/Stockholm Business Angels), one of Sweden’s most prestigious and successful early stage investment funds, financing high technology and life science ventures. He is also CEO of Sustainable Energy Angels, an early stage investment fund focused on smart grid and renewable energy solutions. From 1995-2000 he was founder and CEO of MAS Sweden AB. Mr. Gottwald has extensive strategic, board and executive experience. He has been instrumental in establishing, leading and developing companies in strong and rapid growth across a range of industries.
