Kelly McFadden

Vice President, EHS at Inhance Technologies

Kelly McFadden, CSP, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of environment, health, and safety. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of EHS at Inhance Technologies, where they currently work. Previously, they served as the Director of Environment Health Safety at Brainerd Chemical Co., Inc. During their time there, they were responsible for organization-wide safety and environmental compliance, developing policies and programs to mitigate impact on the environment and protect employees and the community from health and safety risks. Before that, they worked at T.D. Williamson as a Senior HSE Specialist, where they developed programs to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and completed all required reporting. Prior to that, they held various roles at Honeywell, including Multi-site HSE Leader, HSE Manager, Senior Environmental Engineer, and Environmental Engineer. In these roles, they successfully implemented measures to improve safety performance, environmental compliance, and waste management. Kelly also gained experience in maintenance engineering as a Mechanical Engineer at Honeywell. Kelly began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at ShurTech Brands, LLC. Throughout their career, Kelly has consistently demonstrated their expertise and dedication to promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.

Kelly McFadden, CSP, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Lake Forest College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Kelly also holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Kelly furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, which they will complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, DOT Shipper - Hazardous Waste, Qualified Rigger & Signal Person, Mobile Crane Critical Lift, HAZWOPER, Hearing Protection Program Administrator, and Respiratory Protection Program Administrator.
