William Ostrow

William Ostrow has extensive experience in manufacturing operations. William started their career at AptarGroup, Inc. and held various roles, including Production Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager. In these positions, they led teams, implemented process improvements, and achieved cost savings in the manufacturing of aerosol valves and plastic components for consumer products. Later, they joined Inhance Technologies, where they served as Director of Operations and Vice President of Manufacturing. In these roles, they managed multiple manufacturing plants and supported international growth. Throughout their career, Ostrow has focused on reducing manufacturing costs, improving quality, maintaining superior service, and ensuring a safe work environment.

William Ostrow holds an MBA degree in Business, which they obtained from Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 1990 and 1994. William'seducation journey began at HD Jacobs HS from 1986 to 1990.
