Harpreet Sanghera

Harpreet Sanghera, BA(Hons), Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum, BCS, currently serves as the Head of Transformation at InHealth, the UK's largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, where responsibilities include managing multimillion-pound IT and Business Services programmes, alongside business strategy planning and implementation. Previously, Harpreet held roles as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at the City of London Police, focusing on stakeholder management and business process analysis. Experience also includes a tenure as a Business Consultant at Sparta Global and various financial advisory positions, showcasing a strong background in strategic analysis and client management. Harpreet holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
