Ms. Pollema serves as their General Counsel, managing their legal affairs. Before joining Inhibrx, she spent 10 years in private law practice with two large full-service law firms where she counseled both public and private companies in a range of transactional and corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Ms. Pollema received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
