Kapila Ratnam

Kapila Ratnam holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Kapila Ratnam's professional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at InHome Therapy and vybe urgent care since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Additionally, Kapila Ratnam has been a Partner and Principal at NewSpring Capital since 2007, with earlier roles as Senior Associate. Past board memberships include Paragon Bioservices, Inc. (2014-2019), Interpace Diagnostics (2015-2017), and Putney, Inc. (2011-2016). Prior to these roles, Kapila Ratnam worked at PSI Intl. Inc. as CRS/RAS and GSK as Principal Investigator. Academic experience includes a position as Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine from 1996 to 1999.
