Meaghan Chitwood

Meaghan Chitwood has over 20 years of experience in the business and professional services industry. Meaghan began their career in 2001 as a Facilities Engineer/Construction Project Manager at Chevron. During their time there, they developed standard equipment and designs for all terminals in California, completed "Growing Power Teams for Leadership Success" training, and completed extensive training on refining and terminal equipment and construction. In 2006, they moved to Chevron Downstream & Chemicals where they took on the role of Advisor, Talent Management. In this role, they developed a global competency development program for the Downstream & Chemicals operating company, created the communication plan for the implementation of the global competency development program, and implemented a competency assessment tool to help connect employees with development opportunities outside traditional classroom training. Meaghan also served as a Facilities Engineer/Construction Project Manager, completing over 90 construction projects with a 100% on time and 98% on or under budget.

In 2010, Meaghan Chitwood joined Lean Frog as a Lead Lean Consultant. In 2015, they joined BNI Global as President of Franchised Countries, Director of Global Training, and US Process Alignment Manager. In their role as President of Franchised Countries, they worked with Master Franchisees in 63 countries to develop their in-person networking business. Meaghan also developed a global training program called BNI University that utilized eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual instructor led training and on the job training to develop over 270,000 customers of BNI. Additionally, they developed training programs for the Franchisees and their employees. In 2020, they converted all countries and their customers to an online platform to continue delivering the ability to pass referrals in a virtual setting.

In 2021, Meaghan Chitwood joined InHome Therapy as the Chief Operating Officer.

Meaghan Chitwood has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, obtained between 1997 and 2001. Meaghan also has a Marketing & Creativity Masterclass with Seth Godin from WOBI, obtained in April 2021. Additionally, they hold a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification – Level II from Mountain Home Training.
