Therese M. Williams, Ed.D. has an extensive work experience. Therese began their career in 1986 as the Director of Continuing Professional Development at Philadelphia University. In 1993, they moved on to become the Training Services Director at The Franklin Institute. In 1997, they were appointed Director of Training & Development at Electronic Payment Services. Therese then moved to Concord EFS in 1999 as the Director of Training & Recruiting. In 2002, they were appointed Director of Organization and Workforce Development at AIG. In 2001, they founded TMWilliams and served as the owner. In 2006, they became the owner/partner of Pinnacle Group BRS, Inc. and in 2009, they joined the Board of PSHRM. In 2014, they founded Pinnacle Group Business Resources, LLC and served as the President. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at InHome Therapy.

Therese M. Williams, Ed.D. has a comprehensive education history. Therese obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Villanova University in 1983 and a Master of Arts in Education from the same institution in 1985. In 2016, they earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Goldman Sachs 10KSB and in 2020, they obtained a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the American College of Education. Additionally, they are an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner.
