Barbara French

Barbara French is an experienced program and project management professional with a strong background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Program Management Office Lead at Inigo since December 2023, Barbara has held significant roles such as Principal Consultant at Ergo Ltd and PMO Manager positions at Hiscox, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Prudential Assurance, where expertise in finance transformation initiatives and compliance programs like IFRS 17 and Solvency 2 was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes managing IT programs at Network Rail and Railtrack, where Barbara was instrumental in delivering critical IT systems and support during the millennium transition. Barbara holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Hertfordshire.
