Juhienah Khalaf

Juhienah Khalaf has worked in the field of chemistry for over 19 years. Juhienah began their career in 2002 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas. In 2007, they moved to the University of Texas Medical Branch as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In 2009, they moved to the University of Houston as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant, and also began working as a Medicinal Chemist at GSK. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Staff Scientist at Omeros Corporation, and then as an Investigator I and II at Inimmune Corporation. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Director of Chemistry at Inimmune.

Juhienah Khalaf received their Doctoral Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Kansas in 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Birzeit University in 2000.
