Andrew Robertson

Andrew Robertson has extensive work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and biosciences. Andrew is currently employed as a Scientist III at Apertor Pharmaceuticals since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Zymergen as a Scientist III from April 2022 to December 2022 and as a Scientist II from October 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Zymergen, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan from December 2017 to October 2020. Andrew also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Prince Edward Island / Nautilus Biosciences Canada Inc. from November 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, Andrew has experience as a PhD Chemist Researcher at Dalhousie University from May 2015 to October 2015. Andrew started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Dalhousie University from September 2008 to May 2013 and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara in June 2007.

Andrew Robertson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Lake Superior State University from 2004 to 2008. Andrew continued their education at Dalhousie University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from 2008 to 2015.
