Stephen McVay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director Of Maintenance at Initiative Foods since February 2022, McVay previously held positions as Plant Engineering Manager at Ardagh Group and Maintenance and Engineering Manager at The Wine Group. With a foundational background as a Product Manager and Project Engineer at Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments, McVay has effectively managed projects from proposal to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines. McVay’s career began in the United States Coast Guard as an Electricians Mate and Electronics Shop Supervisor, where leadership and budget management were key responsibilities. McVay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a Quality Systems Management option from California State University-Fresno.

We offer a full line of recipes for the youngest infant (2.5 oz and 4.0 oz sizes) up through the growing baby (6 oz sizes). We also offer a 4.5 oz and 7.5 oz size for our Canadian neighbors. We have over 50 recipes based on your needs and offer packaging design and marketing support to make your baby food program a success! We grew up organic and have been making Organic Baby Food for over 14 years.
