Randy Bixler has extensive experience in marketing and media management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Initiative since March 1996, where responsibilities include strategic planning and activation. Prior to this role, Randy Bixler held the position of Executive Vice President and Sales Manager at KFMB-CBS from 1978 to 1996. Randy Bixler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from San Diego State University between 1973 and 1975.
