Dimitri Maex currently serves as Global President of IPG Mediabrands since October 2024 and has held the position of Global CEO at Initiative since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Dimitri was Global CEO of Reprise Digital from June 2019 to May 2022 and President at Sentiance between September 2016 and May 2019. Dimitri's extensive experience in the advertising and consulting sectors includes serving as President of OgilvyOne at Ogilvy & Mather from November 1998 to August 2016, and as an Ogilvy Consultant for Cisco Systems, Inc. in 2004-2005. Additionally, Dimitri worked as a consultant for MDCS/INSEAD on a project for The Amsterdam Group and the EU in 1998, and held a position in financial control at Kraft Foods from May 1997 to January 1998. Academic credentials include an MS in Econometrics from the University of Antwerp and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management.
