Rebecca Peretz

Rebecca Peretz is an experienced professional in global growth strategy, currently serving as the Director of Global Growth at Initiative since September 2021, following roles as Associate Director and Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at HealixGlobal from August 2018 to September 2021, advancing from Media Planning Associate to Senior Negotiator and Communications Designer. Rebecca also held the role of Special Projects Consultant in Operations at Flushing Bank for a brief period in June to August 2018. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Technologies and Emerging Media, as well as Communication and Culture, and Marketing from Fordham University.
