Ladora Carter

LaDora Carter, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various roles. LaDora began their career in 2013 as a House Manager at RMHC Richmond, where they served until 2015. In 2015, they joined Initiatives of Change as the Director of Operations and continues to hold that position.

LaDora Carter, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government/Non-Profit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. In November 2022, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM institution.
