Aydın Öztunalı, Ph.D.

Aydın Öztunalı, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aydın currently serves as the CEO of Initio Cell Ltd since March 2018. Aydın is also a Board Member at Balatacılar Balatacılık and an Independent Board Member at Bulls Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı, starting in November 2022 and June 2022 respectively.

Previously, Aydın has worked as the Owner of KFD Investment Consulting Ltd since 2008. Aydın was also the Managing Partner at Mydas Consulting from 2005 to 2018. Aydın has experience as an Instructor at the Police Academy in 2010-2011 and as an Instructor at Middle East Technical University (Department of Management) in 2008-2009. Aydın also served as an Instructor (Finance) at Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus in 2007-2008.

Before entering the academic and consulting field, Aydın worked as a Competition Expert at the Turkish Competition Authority from 1997 to 2005. Aydın started their career as a Treasury Dealer at Bank Express in 1996.

Aydın Öztunalı, Ph.D., holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Aydın pursued further education at Ankara University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Finance in 2008. Additionally, Aydın Öztunalı earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from HEC Paris and another MBA degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
