Owen O’Connor

Owen O'Connor is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, growth, and consulting. Currently serving as the Principal and Director of Strategy & Growth at MTS Software Solutions, part of Initium SoftWorks LLC, since August 2021, Owen previously held roles including Senior Consultant at O-Consulting, LLC, and Co-Founder & President at DatumCloud. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and business process automation, Owen has successfully led significant projects and organizational transitions at multiple firms, including MTS Software Solutions and Westbrook Technologies. Owen began a professional journey at Viessmann Manufacturing Company in 1997, following a BA in International Business from Eckerd College.
