Katie McCarthy has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Draftfcb, where they served as VP, Associate Media Director. Katie then joined Initiative in 2013, initially as a vp, Account Director, and later as a Client Director, Strategy. In 2015, they joined Daggerwing Health as VP Communication Strategy & Analytics. Katie rejoined Initiative in 2017, first as Group Director, Client Advice & Management, and then as Managing Director from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the President, Media at Inizio Evoke.
Katie McCarthy studied Advertising/Public Relations at Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
