Dania Hallab is a seasoned professional in entrepreneurship coaching, business development, and human resources, currently serving as the Founder and COO of KnD since July 2022, where consultancy services have reached over 500 entrepreneurs and businesses. Since July 2019, Dania has been an Entrepreneurship Coach at INJAZ Lebanon, focusing on strategic planning and business development for SMEs and empowering youth and women entrepreneurs. Previous consulting roles include positions at VISIONARIS Management Consulting and Mada Association, where Dania promoted socio-economic well-being for Syrian refugees and supported vulnerable women's empowerment in Lebanon. With a foundational background in human resources management and services from Notre Dame University, Dania's skills encompass strategic planning, branding, coaching, and project proposal writing.

INJAZ Lebanon
INJAZ Lebanon is an educational non-profit organization that works hand in hand with the business community to inspire and educate youth on Entrepreneurship, Work Readiness & Financial Literacy through hands-on training programs delivered by corporate volunteers inside schools, universities, and organizations. Youth learn how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, to start and succeed in their career, to create jobs that positively impact their communities and to apply entrepreneurial thinking to their own endeavors. INJAZ Lebanon is a member of INJAZ Al-Arab and an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, the world’s largest and fastest growing youth business organization. Since its inception in 2001, over 65,000 youth aged 10 to 24 years old have participated in INJAZ programs thanks to the support of 2,750 volunteer professionals from local and international corporations in Lebanon.
