Abhishek Pillai

Abhishek Pillai has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Abhishek started their career at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Systems Engineer, where they ensured the performance and connectivity of storage servers. Abhishek also remotely monitored server performance and environment and escalated any issues to the onsite team. Following this, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at the same company, providing technical assistance and solving desktop-related problems. Currently, Abhishek is working at Injazat as an IT Support Engineer, where they are responsible for configuring and managing Active Directory accounts and mailboxes. Abhishek provides support across different channels and ensures accurate documentation for future reference.

Abhishek Pillai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have several certifications to further enhance their skills. Abhishek completed IT Troubleshooting Skill Training from Udemy in May 2022 and obtained the Google IT Support Specialization from Coursera in March 2022. Abhishek also earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in March 2021 and the Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in August 2021. Furthermore, they completed a Python Bootcamp from Udemy: Online Courses in March 2020.
