Duaa Shehadeh

Desktop Support Engineer at Injazat Data Systems LLC

Duaa Shehadeh has worked in various roles throughout their career. Duaa started at STS in 2012 as a trainee where they gained experience in internet basics, configuring Cisco Firewalls, and managing projects. Duaa then joined Injazat Data Systems in 2015 as an IT Help Desk Coordinator, where they provided support for standard software and handled client requests. In 2019, they moved to Injazat where they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer. Duaa was responsible for managing client SLAs and ensuring major incidents were resolved within agreed timeframes. Duaa then transitioned to the role of ITIL Service Analyst, where they tracked ticket response and resolution times, as well as managed performance breaches.

Duaa Shehadeh attended Hashemite University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. Duaa also completed additional certifications, such as the ITIL Foundation Level course from Udemy in November 2019. In August 2014, they obtained their CCNA certification from Cisco. Additionally, in January 2012, Duaa completed a PIC Microcontroller course offered by Hashemite University, which lasted for a total of 30 hours.
