Ghamdan Al Kherbash has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ghamdan also managed vendor and sub-contractor relationships and coordinated internal and external resources for project execution. Ghamdan also held the role of Account / Service Delivery Management at Injazat Data Systems, where they managed various operational functions and served as the single point of contact for client issues and escalations. Additionally, they implemented stakeholder engagement plans and managed stakeholder contributions at Injazat Data Systems. Throughout their career, Ghamdan has demonstrated strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and business analysis.

Ghamdan Al Kherbash completed their high school education at Abu Dhabi Secondary School in 1997, focusing on secondary literature. Ghamdan then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations at Ajman University from 2000 to 2004. During their time at Ajman University, they received a Merit Award in their field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Ghamdan Al Kherbash obtained two certifications in the field of ITIL: the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate from Exin in March 2012, and the ITIL V3 Expert - Capability Stream, also from Exin, in March 2012.
