Hazem M Wahba

Hazem M Wahba has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Hazem started their career at Barons Court Sports & Leisure as a System Support Engineer, where they were responsible for distributing land lines and CCTV cameras, maintaining the main central system, and providing desktop support. Hazem then moved on to Sutherland as a Service Desk Coordinator, where they provided support to customers through phone, chat, and email, and documented cases in the internal systems. At Tadbeer, Hazem worked as a Desktop Support Engineer, handling day-to-day IT support calls, maintaining servers, managing active directory users, and managing mailboxes in Office365. Hazem then joined Medtronic EMEA as an IT End User Support specialist, acting as the primary point of contact for end users, installing and maintaining hardware and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user assistance. Currently, Hazem is working at Injazat as a Security Engineer, gaining experience with security products and tools, automating monitoring systems, and providing excellent service to customers. Hazem M Wahba has demonstrated their skills and expertise in various technical support roles throughout their career.

Hazem M Wahba obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2011 to 2016.
