Midhun Thampi

Midhun Thampi has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering. Midhun currently holds the position of Network Engineer - Advanced at Injazat, where they are responsible for designing network layouts and managing the installation and configuration of various customer networks in UAE. Midhun is proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Nexus 7k, 5k, 2k, and 6500 series switches, as well as Cisco 2951 routers, Cisco 3750G POE Switch Stack, Cisco 5500, 4400 series Wireless LAN Controllers, and Cisco Access Points.

Prior to joining Injazat, Midhun worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Expereo for five years. In this role, they provided Level 2&3 network support to complex WAN/LAN Network Infrastructure, monitored customer networks, and traffic using Solarwinds, and contributed towards designing and enhancing the network infrastructure.

Midhun also gained experience as a Senior Network Specialist at HCL Infosystems Ltd. during which they worked on the UIDAI Aadhar Project, maintaining data centers in Bangalore and Haryana. Midhun successfully implemented planned maintenances for hardware replacement or upgrades required for Nexus 5K, 7K, and 9K, and Data Center routers.

At Cisco, Midhun served as Network Engineer and was part of the Testing Support team. Midhun'sresponsibilities included configuring and troubleshooting Cisco ASR9K Routers and CRS Series Switches, as well as Cisco 2951 routers and Cisco 3750G POE Switch Stack.

Midhun began their career as a Network Engineer at Expertise Labs Solutions, where they gained experience in IT-enabled services and outsourcing. Midhun also worked as a Student at TimeNet Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Midhun Thampi received their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala.
