Reetika Walia

Reetika Walia has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Reetika currently serves as a Senior Legal Counsel at Injazat Data Systems, starting in 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Group General Counsel for ELXI Holding Limited on a short term contract, advising on restructuring their businesses. Reetika also worked as a Legal Consultant at Salloum & Partners LLC from 2017 to 2017.

Before joining Salloum & Partners, Reetika worked as an Associate at Al Busaidy Mansoor Jamal & Co for nearly 6 years, where they were responsible for the development of the IP and TMT practice of the firm. Reetika also worked as a Partner at ALG India Law Offices LLP, where they handled the firm's IP practice and was responsible for business development.

Earlier in their career, Reetika worked as a Senior Associate at Lall Lahiri & Salhotra and as an Associate at Fox Mandal Little. Reetika started their career as an Advocate at Luthra Anand and Associates.

Throughout their career, Reetika has gained expertise in various areas of law including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, intellectual property, telecommunications, real estate, tourism, media, agency, consumer protection, franchising, licensing, data protection, customs, import, export, health, and medicine. Reetika has consistently provided legal advice and support to their clients, demonstrating their ability to make appropriate risk decisions while protecting the company.

Reetika Walia's education history begins with their completion of the AISSE degree in Commerce at Army Public School, New Delhi from the years 1991 to 1999. Following this, they attended the Army Institute of Law from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a BA LLB degree in Law. Most recently, Reetika has been pursuing a QLTS degree in Law at Kaplan UK, with an expected completion date in 2022.
