Saeed Darwish has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Saeed started their career as a Network Engineer Trainee at Omnix in 1999 before moving on to work as a Teaching Assistant at the United Arab Emirates University from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Network Engineer at ZADCO from 2002 to 2004, where they led the network team and managed IT and Telecom systems.

In 2004, Saeed joined Al Aqariay Media Group as the Head of IT. Saeed was responsible for managing the IT department and planning and developing IT systems based on business requirements. Saeed also ensured the integrity of IT systems with business processes and supported a business organization of 220 employees across different locations and functional models. Saeed completed various projects during their time at Al Aqariay Media Group, including building the IT infrastructure for different offices and deploying Reuters video and data networks.

From 2007 to 2009, Saeed worked as an IT Projects Manager at Tameer Holding Investment LLC, where they collaborated with the projects office to integrate project management standards and processes. Saeed aligned IT projects with corporate strategies and developed feasibility studies for new projects. Saeed also participated in developing annual IT budgets and monitored and controlled project risks.

In 2009, Saeed joined Injazat Data Systems as a Projects Manager. Here, they implemented project management standards and procedures and managed projects from initiation to closure. Saeed interacted with clients to align project requirements and managed project closure and handover to the IT operation team. Saeed's notable projects at Injazat Data Systems include rolling out Office 2007 for Mubadala staff and building a web portal for Abu Dhabi Municipality.

Saeed's next role was as a Senior PMO Manager at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa from 2011 to 2016. Saeed managed the Project Management and Professional Services teams and implemented global methodologies. Saeed also applied project health status dashboards and check criteria.

From 2016 to 2019, Saeed worked as the Head of Project Management Office at ITQAN, UAE. Saeed managed a project management team of 10 project managers and complied with strategic objectives and targets. Saeed estimated project management efforts and allocated resources for bids and proposals.

Most recently, Saeed joined Injazat in 2019 as a Senior Customer Program Manager. Saeed is responsible for managing engagements with high-profile clients, aligning teams and partners during customer digital transformation journeys, and enriching customer experience with project and program delivery.

Saeed Darwish obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from United Arab Emirates University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Saeed obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2009. In October 2015, they also earned the ISO/IEC 38500 Lead IT Corporate Governance Manager certification from PECB. Most recently, in October 2021, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance.
