Samer Shaat has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Etisalat, where they held various roles. As part of the Business Planning & Evolution Unit, they managed vendor relationships, negotiated contract terms, and monitored vendor performance. Samer also played a key role in mobile access planning, implementing system upgrades and improving network performance. In 2015, they joined Injazat as a Vendor & Contracts Manager, where they led vendor strategies for a high-profile client, focusing on client relationship management, procurement, and change management. Throughout their career, Samer has consistently sought continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives to increase value for money and productivity.

Samer Shaat attended Al Ahliyya Amman University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Electronic & Communications Engineering degree with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition, Samer Shaat has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professionals (PMP) - Foundation certification from Khawarizmi International College. Samer also obtained the Report Writing Skills certification from Etisalat Academy in 2013, and the Bid Management & Tender Evaluation certification from the same institution in 2013.

Furthermore, Samer Shaat has acquired various technical certifications. In 2011, they obtained the LTE Radio Principle Description certification from Etisalat Academy. Samer also received the WCDMA Air Interface certification in 2010, the Understand GSM certification in 2010, the Overview of GPON certification in 2010, and the Understand GPRS certification in 2010, all from Etisalat Academy.
