Shamnas Kannoth has a total work experience of 6 years in the field of Information Technology Support. Shamnas started their career in 2015 as a Desktop Support Engineer at EXL, where they gained 3 years of experience in providing comprehensive technical support to end-users. During this time, they excelled in installing, upgrading, and configuring innovative applications, as well as maintaining and repairing them. Shamnas also demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team. In 2017, they joined Federal Bank as a Desktop Support Engineer and continued to provide technical support to end-users for a year. Currently, since 2019, they are working at Injazat as an Information Technology Support Engineer.
