Joey Held

Joey Held is the Senior Manager at INK Communications. Joey has been with the company since September of 2019 and in their current role, they manage a team of account executives and content specialists. Prior to their current role, Joey held the positions of Digital Manager, Content and Social Media Strategist, and Content and Social Media Specialist at INK Communications. Joey started with the company as an intern in February of 2015 and was quickly promoted to Account Executive. In August of 2016, they were again promoted to Content and Social Media Specialist. In February of 2017, they were promoted to Content and Social Media Strategist and then to Manager in September of 2019.

Joey has also worked for Main Street Hub as a Senior Social Media Community Manager. In this role, they crafted Facebook and Twitter content for local businesses throughout the country, responded on behalf of owners to Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google+ Local reviews, and led workshops and created trainings to better hone social media and professional development skills of peers. Joey also edited and developed writing techniques for newer hires.

Prior to joining Main Street Hub, Joey interned at Nintendo of America and GolinHarris.

Joey Held attended the University of Miami, where they earned a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and Sport Administration.
