Zia Shaikh

Zia Shaikh has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on managing and overseeing operations. zia most recently served as the Director of Operations at INK Entertainment Group since April 2023. Before that, Zia worked as the General Manager at Sofia Restaurant Yorkville from November 2017 until June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of General Manager at Michael's on Simcoe Steakhouse from October 2015 to November 2017, and at La Societe Bistro from January 2011 to October 2015. Zia started their career as a General Manager at Ultra Supper Club in May 2008 and remained in that position until January 2012. Their extensive work experience demonstrates their ability to successfully lead and manage teams in the hospitality industry.

From 1988 to 1992, Zia Shaikh pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Engineering at the University of Toronto.
