Wayne Richards has a strong background in business development and education, with significant experience in leadership roles. As the Business Development Manager and Regional Director of Business Development for the Caribbean at Ink Innovation from October 2018 to January 2022, Wayne focused on expanding market presence. Prior to this, Wayne served as a lecturer at the Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute from January 2012 to February 2017, teaching subjects such as entrepreneurship, sales and marketing, and event planning.
