Martin C. Michel

Martin C. Michel is a senior advisor at INKEF Capital. Prior to joining INKEF, Michel was a global product and pipeline scientific support senior director at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this role, they provided leadership across all therapeutic areas for internal and external non-clinical studies related to compounds in clinical development or on the market. Michel has also served as a professor and head at the University of Amsterdam, where their research focused on experimental and clinical pharmacology with an emphasis on the autonomic nervous system and its role in the urogenital and cardiovascular system. Additionally, they have held positions as a head nephrology research and drug monitoring laboratory at University of Essen Medical School and as a senior lecturer at Universität GHS Essen.

Martin C. Michel has an MD from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a high school diploma (Abitur) in Chemistry from Humboldtgymnasium (High School) in Essen. Martin also has a certification from the Ärztekammer Nordrhein in Board certification in Clinical Pharmacology (Germany).
