Charlotte Pearce

Charlotte Pearce is the Founder and CEO of Inkpact, where efforts focus on enhancing customer journeys through personal, handwritten communication, collaborating with prominent e-commerce brands to boost sales and customer loyalty. In addition, Pearce serves as the Creator and Presenter of the Humans of Business series, exploring the importance of connection and vulnerability in the business landscape. Charlotte has a strong background in entrepreneurship mentorship, having worked with TakeOff Southampton to inspire aspiring business leaders and participated in the esteemed New Entrepreneurs Foundation. Previous roles include Director at Spark India, President of Enactus Southampton, and fundraising leadership at SIFE Southampton. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton.
