Alon Adar, LCAM, is an experienced operations manager currently with Inktel Contact Center Solutions since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing customer interactions and managing support resources. Previously, Alon served as Customer Service Manager at Ominto, Inc., from March 2010 to September 2019, implementing strategies for customer support and fraud prevention while utilizing Zendesk and Atlassian Jira platforms.
