Jason Delp

Jason Delp is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Inland Capital LLC, a position Jason has held since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jason worked at Umpqua Bank as the VP / Commercial Real Estate Servicing Manager from April 2014 to May 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jason has held various roles at Sterling Savings Bank including VP in the Asset Management Department, AVP/Commercial Banking Officer, Branch Manager, and Customer Service Rep/Personal Banker. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and has also completed the Pacific Coast Banking School program.
