Arin Boughan

Arin Boughan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the utility and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Coordinator for Inland Empire Utilities Agency since May 2014, Arin oversees a range of complex marketing duties, including sales functions, customer development, contract negotiation, and formal bidding processes to enhance market share and product distribution for the Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority facility. Prior to this role, from January 2001 to May 2014, Arin held the position of General Manager at Southern California Mulch, responsible for strategic planning and the management of the company's sales function and manufacturing operations, while leading a team of operational professionals. Arin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside, in 2009.
